I'm feeling want to go for a trip right now, why? It is because I received another two postcards from two blogger friends; One is Sally, who went to Singapore for travel, and another one is Put, who currently study at New Zealand.

Leo Club: School Service for Sport Carnival

It's School Service Time!!!

On 10th October, my club, Leo Club of George Town Mutiara went to Penang Stadium to carry a school service for SJK (C) Hu Yew Seah's Sport Carnival. It was a hot and tired day, but still we managed to carry on our duties successfully.

在十月十号, 我的青狮会, 乔治市珍珠青狮会去了槟城体育场帮忙辅友小学的运动会. 当天真的很累又很热, 不过我们还是把我们的任务完成了.

A bright morning day!!! 一个明亮的清晨!!!

This is the Penang Stadium. 这就是槟城体育场了.

The students were ready to march in. 小学生们准备步入草场.

Left, right, left, right!!! 左, 右, 左, 右!!!

The carnival is going to start very soon! This sport carnival covered running event only, as other events were carried out in school.

运动会要开始了呢! 这次的运动会将举行赛跑而已, 因为其他的项目已经在学校举行了呢.

Ready, get set, go!!! 预备, 准备, 开始!!!

We went there to help the school on recording the marks and carrying the heavy stuffs.

Although it was a tired day, but this school service was a meaningful one, and we will going to bring some of the students to visit Penang Museum and Kwong Wah Yit Poh factory on next month!!! Can't wait for that day!!!

Connected 保持通话

It's movie time!!!

Today I'm going to introduce a nice movie which I watched few days ago, and the movie is "Connected". It is a Hong Kong movie and adapted from the Hollywood movie "Cellular". An intense and full of thrill movie, and of course it contains some comedy's scenes inside too!!!

今天我就来介绍一部很好看的电影, 这部电影的名称是"保持通话". 它是部香港的电影和改编自好莱坞电影"Cellular". 这是一部充满刺激又紧张的电影, 当然也少不了一些搞笑的场面!!!

讲述单亲妈妈Grace(徐熙媛饰演)是一名出色的电玩设计师, 这天她像往常一样送女儿上学, 途中意外遭悍匪霍德能(刘烨饰 演)蓄意撞车, 在全无反抗能力的状态下, 目睹霍德能在她屋内大肆搜索, 滥杀女佣的残忍场面. 原来Grace胞弟曾无意中拍下霍德能行凶犯罪的铁证, 为拿到 关键证物, 霍德能掳走Grace, 并以爱女要挟Grace交出其弟以及罪证. 惊惶失措的Grace趁匪徒外出作案无人看守时, 竭力将一台损毁的电话重组, 奇迹般的打出一个求救电话, 而与他保持通话的,正是素昧平生的普通市民阿邦(古天乐饰演).

以讨债为生的阿邦生活失意, 离异之后, 儿子又要随姑妈出国读书, 就在阿邦与儿子约定机场见面的关键时刻, 接到了Grace的求救来电. 起初半信半疑的阿邦在听到Grace的电话中传出的枪声后, 才知事情严重, 然而之前的巧合使得交通巡警辉哥(张家辉饰演)误会他开玩笑, 一面是与儿子的重要约定, 一面是陌生女人命悬一线, 阿邦一步一步被这个始终无法挂断的电话卷入了一场凶险无比的阴谋之中......

作为首部号称获得好莱坞授权改编的华语片, "保持通话"沿袭了陈木胜的一贯风格, 虽不是原创, 但成片效果依旧可圈可点.

刘烨饰演的反派果然反映出坏蛋的残酷, 冷血性格, 凶神恶煞, 声音特别, 及表演入木三分.

看过"保持通话"后让我大呼过瘾, 剧情紧凑紧张, 布局精巧细腻, 无疑又是香港动作电影成功的典范. 近年来陈木胜几乎是香港口碑, 票房均能交出不错成绩寥寥无几的导演之一.

电影中又加插了很多港式笑料, 以致这部电影获得观众的笑声.

一个失败的男人, 遇到了求救的女人, 出现了失意的警察, 在与警察队伍中的败类叫板时, 会擦出什么样的火花呢? 要知道的话, 就去观看这部电影哦!!!

古天乐饰演的阿邦也展示出了父爱, 不知道现实中的他是否也是会如此呢? 嘻嘻...

想告诉大家, 这部电影真的值得去看呢, 很好看的一部电影呢!!!

Childhood Snack

It's Snack Time!!!

Did you have anything that will recall you as a kid? I think most of us will have that. But what are the snacks that will make you recall back the reminiscence of your teens?

I missed my childhood time very much, and I went to grocery shop to get some of my favorite snacks during my childhood.

Here is the famous Tora!!! It is a chocolate snack which coated with biscuit ball!!!

Do you still remember the tagline for this snack? It is the "Tora datang lagi!!!"

Beside of Tora, I also loved Ding Dang, which will remind me about Doraemon!!!

Everytime when I opened Tora or Ding Dang, the first thing I will do is to get the toy inside the box. So what do we have here? It is a mini puzzle!!!

Yeah, I have finished the puzzle!!! Simple and easy, and this made me flash back my childhood memories...

My all-time favorite snack, Mamee!!! Until now, I'm still enjoying this snack!!! How about you?

F1 First Day Cover from Sharon

It's Present Time!!!
