Team Building 1 - Leo Forum 2008

It's team building time!!!

On the first day of 10th District 308 B2 Leo Forum, the delegates were transfered to Red Cresant Hall for the next programme of the day, Team Building.

It was not an easy task for Leo Ng Teng Yew, the person in charge to plan this team building for 487 delegates. He separated all of them into 21 groups. The groups were required to finish 3 out of 6 games, and complete Recycled Items and Team Cheer, in 3 hours only.

The group members were creating a costume with recycle materials.

Some of the groups separated the members into 2 groups, which one group handled the recycled items and one group went for station games.

Tied Together, which every team members' legs will be tied together and have to walk a certain distance together within 5 minutes.

You can see how difficult for them to walk together in such a long line.

5 Squares, each member will have to lie down their head and half of the body on each other lap with the foot on the ground. They will stand by that position for 3 minutes. Not an easy task! You can see some of the team members grabbed the hands together in order not to fall down so easily.

Guess Guess Guess, the team will have to send representative and the member is required to guess what is inside the box (10 boxes) by insert the hand and touch only. Yuck! What is inside? Is it worms?

Build a Tower, the teams will have to try and build the highest straw tower standing within 20 minutes.

The teams which completed with highest marks will get the prizes. Sorry ya, I still waiting for the photos of Recycled Items costumes presentation and I will post it up once I get them.
