Coconut Water

It's coconut time!!!

Thanks to Chobits this time, as I viewed Dragon's blog, and saw her comment that she wanted to have a coconut, and that gave me the idea! I want to have a coconut water too later!

Thanks for her idea! Well Chobits, I treat you coconut this time!

I went to Abu Siti Lane, where the shop is just opposite of a small mosque. Abu Siti Lane is just located near New World Park there, and it is just opposite of Burma Road's Giant Supermarket.

As you can see from the pricing above, RM1.50 and RM1.70 is for normal Coconut, while RM2.20 and RM2.30 is for Pandan Coconut.

Well, this is Pandan Coconut, wow, so many! 我们时常讲的一句话, 丢也丢死你咯! Haha.

This is the place to put normal coconut, and the shopkeeper told me that the taste is not good as Pandan Coconut.

So I decided, Pandan Coconut! Boss, satu Pandan Cocunut!

The boss there chopped one Pandan Coconut for me, wow, the chopping speed is extremely fast and within 30 seconds you can taste the water inside already!

Yeah, the water inside is sweet and natural in flavor!

Do you know that the coconut water contains sugar, fibre, proteins, vitamins and minerals. It is a highly nutritious food source and it acts as a refreshing drink and quench your thirst!

After I finished the coconut water, the boss chopped again and let me to try the coconut meat inside. =)

The coconut meat is so soft and sweet too!

It contains less sugar and more proteins than popular fruits such as banana, apple, and orange, and it is relatively high in minerals such as iron, phosphorus and zinc. (I got this fact on net)

Ok folks, that's all about today, tomorrow I will treat someone to eat also, as she treated me Tuna Sandwiches today.
